COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES INCLUDE:

Each suite has a private bath, a spacious inside sitting area with a desk and private patio or balcony.
Midweek (Sun-Thurs):
- King Bed Suite: $155.00 per night
- Queen Bed Suite: $135.00 per night
Weekends (Fri-Sat):
- King Bed Suite: $180.00 per night
- Queen Bed Suite: $165.00 per night

Arrival/Departure:
Check-in time is arranged with innkeeper (please call for door code is checking in after 5:00 p.m.) Check-out time is 11 a.m.
Reservations/Cancellations:
Reservations are confirmed by prepayment of your first night. Cancellations are accepted, and refunds given, if made at least ten days prior to your scheduled arrival date. A $10 cancellations charge applies.
Payments:
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and American Express.
Additional Guests:
There is an additional charge of $15 for each additional person. Rollaway beds are available for selected suites at a charge of $5/night. Outside guests are welcome to join you for breakfast at $10/person, with reservations.
Dining:
A wide selection of excellent restaurants can be found in close proximity to the Manor.
We will be glad to provide you with details upon arrival.
Smoking/Children/Pets:
For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is not permitted within the Manor. We may be able to accommodate children and small dogs (in one of the cottages) on some occasions but must be arranged with the innkeeper. We do not allow pets in the main house.
Parking/Transportation:
If you are travelling by car, ample parking is available on-site free of charge. We will gladly assist you with other transportation arrangements, upon request.
Special Occasions:
Please share your birthday, anniversary, wedding, or other special occasion with us. You also can reserve the entire manor for a very special Island Wedding experience. Just ask for details on the various Special Manor Event Packages we offer.
